I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this clinic. Tugberk is an incredibly knowledgeable and professional Physiotherapist. Over the course of the session he was able to diagnose and explain the issues that I've been having. He was able to let me know the best approaches to managing and relieving the pain and tightness that I've been feeling for years. Going to this beautiful clinic was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Highly recommended!

Visited Wellnest Dubai with my partner and had a great experience. We tried the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and manual sports recovery – all were excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made us feel really looked after. The whole experience felt personal and well thought out. We’ll definitely be returning.

The sauna was such a nice experience, they have multiple modes and different programs like weigh loss, relaxation, have lots of services like Netflix or music in the sauna, as well as a shower afterwards and refreshing drinks throughout. The staff was really kind especially Snow who was very welcoming. Amazing experience

Wellnest at Dubai Spring Souk is truly a sanctuary for wellness. The red light therapy sauna and cold plunge have become a key part of my routine — they leave me feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and energized every time. I also see Anita for spiral stabilization therapy, and she’s been incredible. Not only has she helped me, but she’s made a huge difference in my mother’s journey with leg pain and walking. A gem in springs souk, I’m writing my review from the massage table because everyone should know about this place. As someone who has spent years on deep tissue massage tables at the top spas in the world, Miss Vera has incredible massage talent!!! Paired with infrared sauna and cold plunge pools, I may have just found my sanctuary near home 😍 Wellnest seems to have an array of complementary therapies and I look forward to learning more about them!

Wellnest is a great space to invest in your health. I’ve been seeing Vera for many different therapies and she always gives me extra care, listens to what I need and adjusts accordingly. I’ve already seen amazing benefits with her, including improving my weight loss journey and the water retention and cellulite in my legs. The infrared sauna is very relaxing, even has the option to listen to music or watch a show or movie. The sauna even has different options depending on what you’re looking to achieve. I always look forward to my weekly sessions with them and I highly recommend it.
